"Ripen With Us" Child Care Center, Inc. admits students of any race, sex, color, and national or ethnic origin.
"Ripen With Us" Child Care Center, Inc. is a member of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and all meals are prepared on site by a cook. Our four (4) week circulating menu has been approved by the CACFP's dietary guidelines and meets the recommended serving portion sizes for their age. A breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack is provided everyday for all age groups. "Ripen With Us" Child Care Center, Inc. will supplement meal components when proper medical documentation is given for special dietary needs and/or other reasons approved by a physician. "Ripen With Us" Child Care Center, Inc. is a Peanut/Tree Nut Free Facility due to Severe Allergies.
Parents are to provide diapers and/or wipes for their child enrolled. Up to 3 complete changes of clothes, including undergarments, is recommended to be kept in a back pack or diaper bag in the child's cubby in case of accidents. Plastic Bags are not allowed.
"Ripen With Us" Child Care Center, Inc. has a Health/Sick Policy in place for the safety of all children and staff at the center. A copy of the policy can be found in the Parent Handbook upon registration and also in the Rules and Regulations when you tour the facility.
All staff at "Ripen With Us" Child Care Center, Inc. are certified by the
American Heart Association to administer First Aid, CPR and trained for use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Certain Staff have Medication Administration Training (MAT) and are certified to administer medications with proper medical documentation.
"Ripen With Us" Child Care Center, Inc. has a Registered Nurse on staff.
Every classroom has structured plans and open activities all geared to the needs and interests of the children. This means we bring the world into the classroom. The children see on a day-to-day basis, how they can relate to the world in which we live.
Using developmentally appropriate practices, making sure our staff remain current with their training and always having an open door policy truly make this a more relaxed atmosphere that you can be sure your child is receiving the best quality care they deserve.

Established in 1974, "Ripen With Us" Child Care Center, Inc. is a 501 C(3) Not-For-Profit organization, governed by a Board of Directors composed of Parents and Community Leaders. The purpose of the Board is to participate in the management and development of the Center in the area's of care and services provided, goals, strategic planning, operating policies and capital expenditures. In addition to the Board of Director's, the Center has a Parent Advisory Committee; every registered family is automatically a member. We encourage each parent to become actively involved with the Center and it's functions, so that we can insure the highest degree of quality care for the children in our care.
